Teaching a breath-based Vinyasa style flow, Janine was drawn to yoga for its ability to calm the mind and strengthen the body. She brings a playful and supportive energy to her classes and weaves together flowing movement, healthy alignment, mindfulness, and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help students cultivate a connection with body, mind and breath. In her classes you will explore the ease of strength, flexibility and balance, as you practice being present both in movement and in stillness. Janine completed her Yoga Alliance accredited 200hr training at Yandara Institute.
I believe in Connecting the practice of disciplined breathing and focused, intentional movement with daily gratitude.
